Privacy policy
Purpose and data categories
The talent pool concerns future opportunities in Sousse, without an employment guarantee. Information includes identity, contact details, availability, experience, education, language and computer assessments, documents and internal messages.
Account and security
Registration requires a password, preferred language, acceptance of this notice and email verification. Documents are private; administrative access requires authorisation and two-factor authentication.
Access and providers
Applicants access their own data. Authorised administrators review applications. Lovable Cloud provides technical account, database and document services; contractual providers, subprocessors and support access still require confirmation.
Justification and applicable law
Justification must be assessed using the actual controller, recruitment markets and data flows. Tunisian INPDP procedures and any applicable Swiss requirements need professional review. Swiss or EU law does not automatically apply solely because of the owner’s residence.
Retention
No duration has been approved yet. A justified duration must be set before launch; deadlines will be reviewed and extensions justified. There is currently no automatic deletion.
Deletion and backups
Request deletion in your account after password verification and explicit confirmation, or contact rached@mtiraoui.ch. Administrators review possible retention duties. Approved deletion removes the account and related data and documents from the active system. Backups follow the provider’s cycle, still to be confirmed; immediate erasure of every copy is not guaranteed.
Requests and rights
Contact rached@mtiraoui.ch for access, correction or deletion. Identity verification may be required before responding. Other rights and response periods will be clarified according to the law actually applicable.
Messages and emails
Messages remain in your private account. Planned message emails and administrative notifications are not active yet: a verified sender domain is required. Account verification and recovery emails remain separate. Notifications will not contain documents or internal notes.
Hosting and international transfers
Exact storage, backup, support and processing locations, contracts and international transfers must be confirmed before launch. Tunisian transfer formalities or authorisations and any applicable Swiss safeguards require assessment. The website domain does not establish where data is stored.
